Meet Alice, will you?
Having written the essay she made only one mistake
I know I should call but I was tied up at the meeting.
I am sorry to cause you this inconvenience.

Meet Alice, will you? (Could be "an order" in tone)
Meet Alice, won't you? (A suggestion with a softer tone)
Having written the essay she made only one mistake
I know I should call but I was tied up at the meeting.
I am sorry to cause you this inconvenience.(Normally, we say, " I am sorry for the inconvenience caused or that I have caused you.")
