Is it correct to say?

Yes, it's correct. Note that the structure is slightly different if the verb 'get' is used:

I got a service man to repair my car.

PS- I'm not too sure about the term 'service man'. In British English, we'd probably say 'mechanic'. ;-)

I agree with TDOL. This sentence would be correct in AE, but we would also probably use mechanic more often. We also have our cars serviced in AE.

We could say:
I had my car serviced
I had the garage service my car
;-)
