I have a gramatical question on a news article I produced. The question is which phrase is correct grammatically..?

"Their raw potential..."
"They're raw potential..."

This is really doing my head right in. :mad:

Can someone help..please..!

"Their raw potential..." = the raw potential of someone or a group

"They're raw potential..." = they are raw potential

I'll let you choose which is correct. ;-)
