When should I use "Its ok with me" and "Its ok for me". What is the difference between these two sentences.

Please clarify.

Grammar
It is OK with me. (OK; It means, I give my consent).
It is OK for me to do something. (OK; It means, to my benefit)
It is OK for me. (Not OK)
