Hi,

I would like to know how you call some of the things you do and have at a gym, you know the name of that equipment we walk or run at the gym ?, how do you call it? is the bicycle at the gym called bicycle too? and when we lift weight, how do you call that action? is work out a general name for doing all of this exercises? Can I say I "do" yoga? I do aerobics? pilates?

Usually called a stationary bicycle

There are several different terms here. A weight trainer can help you better. One term is bench pressing.

is work out a general name for doing all of this exercises?

To work out is a general term for exercising. As in: I work out regularly.

A workout is used this way: I am going for a workout.

Can I say I "do" yoga? I do aerobics? pilates?
