Which of the following are correct:
1-He has hallucinations of hearing strange noises.
2-He has hallucinations that he is hearing strange noises.

This is better, IMHO. The other one is probably not wrong, but sounds a bit funny to me.

I'd agree with Gwen, but I would say that the second is definitely OK as a sentence.
