I am wondering if my sentences are grammatically correct.

Harassment against Bill started as soon as he moved to a new neighbourhood. Someone cut his roses once, another time his car's two tires were punctured, and the third time, a brick was smashed through his house window.

I consider those as acts of sabotage, not harassment.

I am wondering if my sentences are grammatically correct.

Harassment against Bill started as soon as he moved to a new neighbourhood. Someone cut the heads off his roses, [STRIKE]once,[/STRIKE] [strike]another time[/strike] two of his car's [STRIKE]two[/STRIKE] tires were punctured/slashed, and [STRIKE]the third time,[/STRIKE] a brick was [STRIKE]smashed[/STRIKE] thrown/hurled through his house window.

See above. There's no need for the "once/another time/a third time" list. It's clear enough that they were three occurrences. That is certainly harassment in the UK.
Using "house window" makes it sound as if his house has only one window. I would specify which window - "... thrown through his bedroom window", for example.
