Dear native speakers, could you you please tell me, is it both correct to say 'it's hard to understand' and 'it's difficult to understand' or is there any difference? Thank you))

They're both fine and they mean the same thing.

Note that when you put a whole sentence inside quotes, you need to start that enclosed sentence with a capital letter.

It's not just enclosed sentences which need to start with a capital letter. Please follow the basic rules of written English:

- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with the appropriate single punctuation mark.
