Can you help me understand how to use has and have, may i and can i.:)

Has and have is too wide a topic to simply explain! Please post some sentences that you are having trouble with and we'll help.

May I... - Am I allowed to?
Can I... - Am I able to? (ie physically able to/capable of)

'has' and 'have' are two forms of the verb 'to have'.
As in other languages, English verbs are conjugated for person. So we say "I have" but "He has". The verb 'to have' also plays an auxiliary role in complex tenses, and so you need to use the right form there too.

I have; you have; he/she/it has; we have; they have.
past tense: had (for all persons)
past participle: had
present participle: having
