I suppose this sentence of mine is correct.
He looked at me as if nothing had happened.

Is the following sentence correct as well?
He looks at me as if nothing has happened.

It's grammatically correct. It would be rare to use such a sentence in conversation (we nearly always use the present continuous to describe an ongoing event in the present), but it could appear in a narrative written in the historical present.

It could also possibly be used when the speaker and the person looking do this often and they are playing innocent, but that requires some heavyweight context.
