Hi,

Is "You should not have a cold bath" correct?

Can I also use it like "You should not have cold baths"?

In American English, it's common to hear "take" rather than "have" in this context.

"You shouldn't take cold baths."

Whether you're having a cold bath or taking one, you're bathing in cold water.
