have problem restarting.

dear teacher.I'm an advanced english student but I have stopped studying English since last trimester;so my English has become abit rusty now.s.o told me to get reading to restart but the rub is that I do not have any single opprtunity to speak my words or even to chat.what do you think I should do?please give me a thorough answer.

I don't have a chance to practice speaking English with anybody. What should I do?
