have someone's car parked

Is this sentence correct:

1-Every morning when I look out of the window, I see that I have someone's car parked in front of my driveway.


The car is sitting there. I do not get someone to park it.

The sentence is badly worded but you'll hear it or something similar.

I've got some bloke outside my house every night shouting and swearing.
My mum has this cat in her garden which keeps digging up her flowers.

Clearly, neither I nor my mum actually owns/has the offending man/cat but you'll hear the terminology. I can imagine saying "I got up this morning and I've got this massive minibus parked outside my front door!"
