Can to have the possibility to do sth be used interchangeably with to have the opportunity to do sth in this sentence: I appreciate the possibility to speak English /I appreciate the opportunity to speak English?

Here, both work, but 'opportunity' tends to be used for positive things so they are not always interchangeable.
