I would like to know the difference in the meaning among "have to(1)", "have to(2)", "have to(3)".
1. I have to go now.
2. I would like to hear what you have to say.
3. All I have to say is “I am sorry”.

1. Here "have to" means "must". I am obliged to go.
2 and 3 are the same as each other. "What do you have to say?" etc is almost like ownership. "What do you have (in your brain!) that you wish to say?" "All I have to say is....." = "The only thing that I have (own!) that I wish to say is....."
