1. Having had no opportunity/chance for a decent talk/conversation was hard.

With the exception of the fact that you've numbered both of them with 1, all the permutations seem OK to me. Be aware, though, that it's also possible to say "Having no opportunity/chance for a decent talk/conversation was hard".
