"He finished a turn of asking questions or he went round the students one to six."

There is a teacher who is asking six students questions. He has put them in order one to six. Like 1) Mark 2) Mike 3) Joanna and so on. If he finishes asking students one to six questions then what would we call it? "He finished a turn of asking questions or he went round the students one to six."

He begins asking them question again according to the order he put them in. Suddenly another student joins in. He asks that student to sit and he will be given a chance once he (teacher) has completed this turn. He tells him he will be given chance in the next turn.

Say:

He asks the students questions by turn. Another student joins the group and is asked to wait his turn.

He might call each set of questions a round, saying You'll get a chance in the next round.

Can we also say "He was asked to wait for his turn" and "He asks the students questions in turn"?

Can he say "Let me finish this round and then you will get chance in the next round"?

Yes, but you don't need to use the word "round" again at the end in this context.
