I watched a movie in which an abandoned cub of lion was cherished by a sheep. When he grew up he thought he was a sheep as well. So, can we say "He had started thinking (of) himself a sheep" or "He had started thinking (of) himself as a sheep" or "He had started considering himself a sheep"?

"lion cub", not "cub of lion". It was "raised" by a sheep, not "cherished".

Why are you using the past perfect? Did he stop believing he was a sheep?

Later when he was told that he was a lion then he stopped considering himself a sheep.

Can we say "He started thinking (of) himself a sheep" or "He had thinking (of) himself as a sheep" or "He had considering himself a sheep"?

Just out of curiosity, by whom was he told that he was a lion?
:)

The sheep who raised him told him that he was a lion (his second mother).

No, but you could say something like He had always considered himself to be a sheep until he met a lion....
