Help

I am th esub-contractor and Steve is the contractor that I am working for. I would like him to raise this issue at a meeting on my behalf;

Steve,
Could you please treat the construction of plant room walls, with the impending ductwork installation, as a matter of urgency when discussing progress in this area on Thursday. With another delivery of plant deck ductwork due to site next week, we need to know when we are going to be installing our first fire damper in a plasterboard wall. We can then agree as to how this is going to happen at the first “weekly” sub-contractors meeting that I understand is to be held one day next week

This is OK except fpr a few punctuation omissions, e.g. "?" after first sentence; "sub-contractors' "
