please help someone to develop my vocabulary and make my spoken powerfull and how can we sound it well....///

Just having a very wide vocabulary doesn't necessarily make your spoken language more powerful. Many native speakers get by with a surprisingly small number of words. You can get often more mileage out of exploiting the words you do know as much as possible than simply adding new words. ;-)
