Hello. I don't understand this sentence. Please tell me what this sentence means. Especially the word bar none? I've never seen such a word before.

the Image of the U.S in the world is that of a free market economy, bar none, the best there is.

i think this is the trye meaning "世界で米国のイメージは、自由市場経済の、バーのいずれも、最高のそこにあります。"
and about 'bar none' ,it means without any exeption !
do you get it now ?
