I wanna say something like "Seeing a big smile on their faces makes me happier than anything"
But I want it in a question format, just to stress on this fact that nothing else would make me happier than that, and not actually a question.
I know it's confusing, I meant something like this:
"He's a boy, isn't he?"

Does anybody know what I mean?
How can I rephrase the sentence? Thank you :-D

I'm not sure what you mean by a question format, but not a question!!! "He's a boy, isn't he?" is still a question!

But I'll try :

What in the world could make me happier than seeing a big smile on their faces?

What do you think? It's a question but it's almost a rhetorical question.

I also am not sure what you're asking.
But if you really mean like your question "He's a boy, isn't he?", you can say 'Seeing a big smile on their faces makes me happier than anything, doesn't it?'

Thank you :-D
