Help please with this phrase

Hi people, I saw this phrase while i was reading something online & it spark my curiosity of what it really means. i keep reading it and it makes no sense to me at all. Please someone tell me what it means. Thanks a lot in advance.

"Can I trade this here job for what's behind door #1?"

Many Native English speakers would not use the "here" in that sentence.

And I understand the sentence to mean that you would rather have another choice, because you're unhappy with the job and want something else, even if you do not know what it is.
This sentence is from a famous TV game show. In the game you could trade your prize for something else behine one of three doors, sometimes the prize was great, and other times it was not a good prize... I hope this helps you
