Hello, everyone. I'm trying to translate a passage from J. R. R. Tolkien essay. Just for fun and for learning purposes. I'm having trouble with one sentence. "He is not a man so diligent in his special walk as duly to read the books <...>". How to understand this special walk? Is it just the way one walks, or some expression? I would appreciate any feedback.
Thank You.
