Hello, I'm an English student, can somebody check if there's any mistake on my essay, please?
Thank you so much.

As we all know, this is a time where the science and new technologies have acquired a vital importance in our lives. The vast majority of these advances have allowed us to live with more facilities and, as a result, to be a little bit happier. For example, Internet, which arrival has involved a qualitative leap with regard to communications, information or leisure. On the other hand, some people like singers or film directors have seen how their benefits have lessened gradually by the Internet downloads.
Is it because of the money? Most people claim that they download from the internet because they can’t afford to buy a music CD or a DVD. Maybe they don’t think about the production process of this CD or DVD. Programmers, designers or musicians earn an important salary. Transport, publicity, marketing and printing have also to be paid. All things considered, prices don’t seem so exorbitant if we bear in mind that music or cinema aren’t items of the utmost importance.
It is bad for everybody. Although many people don’t think this way, piracy is also negative for the users, since they download a product of much less quality. Moreover, when damaging the industry, they cause the no-profitability of the product and its possible death. And if the product dies, we’ll end up not enjoying our favourite music and films.
The really damaged ones. Finally, let’s think about the artists, whose life depends on the sale of their products. If we don’t pay for the art, their creativity will be tremendously reduced. What would you feel if someone was stealing your ideas or plagiarizing your product?
Will it last forever? This is now the question everybody is making. Unfortunately, it seems so. People isn’t aware of the problems that piracy can cause to those who download from the Internet as well as to those who lose their money. In many countries, piracy is already a crime, in other countries, like Spain, there’s a “Digital Canon” trying to solve this problem. But these solutions are only the first step. We have to be conscious of what we are doing. Those who love music or cinema must feel obliged to help these industries.
Thank you so much.
