[General] help writing a good introduction English interview

Hi guys, I'm kinda panicking now, I have my English interview tomorrow and I have been asked to introduce myself in English and I don't know how, they told me to include things as "the year I was born in "ex 1990" & city where I have lived and where did I go in my education, my university major, and some landmarks of the city I born into. my plans for the next 5 years can anyone give me a paragraph example on how doing this. they gave me a less than 24 window to come up with this, plus I have 2 damn exams tomorrow, so I don't have the time to do proper research i wrote small introduction i don't know if it will work or not , plus im suppose to include a land mark of my city but i don't know where to put it or how "My name is Steve, I was born in 1990, in Ryah "city name". I studied my elementary, intermediate and high school in Ryah. I'm apart from a big family of 6 brothers and sisters. I joined the university of rye in 2010, majored in IT, and graduate in 2016. My plans for the next 5 years is to get married and start living life to the fullest. I couldn't agree more...relax and just be yourself and your English fluency will be much more natural than memorising too much.
