The risks to health from exposure to asbestos are well known especially on a construction project taking place within an existing building. To eliminate or help minimise this risk, could you please forward the information you have on asbestos-containing materials within the premises and any other information affecting the health and safety of employees that would otherwise remain unknown to us so. We can then implement measures in our risk assessment to prevent or reduce them to as low as reasonably practicable.

Should the use of 'to' be avoided where possible?

Do you think this is any better ?
