Does Amerian or people who speak English use often
this word 'zero beginner'?

For example, one of my friends are not really good at driving a car, because
she has just started to learn to drive lately. Then can i call her zero
beginner?

Is this a new slang word (zero beginner"?)

People who are called "zero" will be insulted. Being a "zero" means having no use or talent at all.

Better to just call her a beginner or "newbie."

Her driving will improve with practice.
