I found this sentence in scripts of English book, but i don't understand
the meaning of it.

-> Did you say Garfield Elementry?

Yes, where those kids in the accident went to school.

Well, it's perfectly acceptable. It's an example of how in English you often leave out the beginning of a sentence:

Did you say Garfield Elementry?

Yes, that's the place where those kids in the accident went to school. :-D:-D
