Welcome to the forum.

We can't help you to do your homework for teacher training. The tutors on the course want to see what you know and what you can do. They are not testing us. They are testing you. If you can't construct a lesson around "Countables and Uncountables", why did you choose it as your subject?

Countables/Uncountables/Use of Articles is too broad a subject area to discuss on this forum. Doesn't your ELT class use a grammar text? Or, use a search engine.
