I'm not sure what you meant when you said "Do you think it makes sense?" The sentence itself makes sense but, to me, it's in a weird place. To say "We learnt so much more in the French lessons. I definitely know about the pie charts now, hehe" makes it sounds as if the pie charts were taught in the French lesson.
