I would want to learn English like an American how would I do that? Please help me out..

The easiest way is to born American.
There are many computer programs and books that can help. Amazon.com has a large selection. There are many schools in Manila that teach English. You migh enquire if any of them use the ELLIS computer program. That is a very good program for learning American English.

And what is commonly taught: Practice, practice, and practice.
Fluent English never comes out overnight so we non-natives need enormous amount of time to practice just to catch up with the natives who started their training since their childhood.
