1) He likes me because I repair his relatives' computers.

Does that mean:
a) I repair the computers of all of his relatives.
or:
b) I repair the computers of some of his relatives.
or:
c) I repair computers of all of his relatives.
or:
d) I repair computers of some of his relatives.

I think the sentences could be used in all those cases.

In theory, it could mean any one of your four suggestions. I would probably assume that the relatives owned just one computer each and that I repair each one of them.
