When I want to express my wishes to my old friend, can I write or say:
a, wish you everything going very well with you.
b, wish everything going very well with you.
c, wishing you everything going very well with you.
d, wishing everything going very well with you.
e, hope you everything going very well with you.
f, hope everything going very well with you.
g, hoping you everything going very well with you.
h, hoping everything going very well with you.

Thank you very much for your time and help.

None of your examples is correct:

1. They are not complete sentences. You need at least one word, sometimes two, before the first word of each one.
2. They don't start with a capital letter.

I think you could use something like "I hope you are doing well" or "I hope everything is going well with you" at the beginning and something like "I wish you all the best" at the end of a letter or conversation.
