I don't know what he means with this sentence (if that's what he says).
From the dialogues of a British crime movie, 1960:

Frank: Yeah, and supposing he dies. Do you know what happens then?
Tony: [How all I chew with you then?]
Frank: Let's get him into your place and stop the bleeding.

Frank and Tony are friends. Frank is frightened because the man who Tony hit is getting worse by the minute.

I'm hearing "All right, we'll do it your way then." It's very indistinct though.

I also hear 'how will I deal with you then', but he has some very odd pausing. He phrases it as something like "How....will I deal...with you...then". He also speaks unnaturally flat and staccato, with an odd cadence.

Deal with seems to be heard regularly enough to suggest it is in there.
