how can i earn a acceptable score of reading?

Dear

I took TOFEL test on January but I earn low score.
I recieve a report from EST about the test that has said I:

1. There is not understanding of less common vocabulary is incosistanet
2. There is limited ability to understand and connect information, is difficulty recogning paraphrases of text information and often rely on particular words and phrases rather than a complete understanding of the text
3. there is difficultyidendifying author's purpose, expect when that purpose is exploicity stated in the text or easy to infer from text
4. sometimes, recognizing major ideas from text when the information is clearly presented, memorable, or illustrate by examples but is difficulty doing so when the text is more demanding

How can I decrease or eliminate these points weak?
What study? which book study?

It is a matter of constant practice. There are sites on the net where you can practice comprehension:

It will be a good thing to obtain a really good dictionary if you do not have one already, and learn how to use it.

Also, how much exam practice did you do before taken the Toefl? The report suggests that you have a long way to go before getting a high mark, so have a realistic expectation in terms of time- this sort of improvement will take quite a long while.
