CAR PARK is a sign in general but if I want a sing saying this car park is for government vehicles only. What do you say?

A lot of places in Australia just have a sign at the entrance saying 'Government Vehicles Only'. I don't really think you could make something concise enough to say anything else.

As Haniballl said, the shortest way would just be a sign at the entrance saying "Government Vehicles Only". If you want to make it longer (and therefore make the sign bigger), you could put "Car Park for Government Vehicles Only".
