1. I'm going to buy a money order , and the amount is US $1000.

which one below is correct expression?

a. I'd like to buy a US$1000 money order
b. I'd like to buy a money order for US $1000
c. I'D like to buy a money order in US Dollars for $1000

2. I was told before in an English class about some usages of use ,
they are in no use and not in use ,they shows different meanings , if I remembe correctly , they are "something can't be use anymore because of being broken and something is being used by somebody right now, ".

I'd like to know which one is which one.

thanks in advance!

Those all look fine to me. You could also say: "I'd like to buy a money order for $1000 (US). Also, if you were speaking it "I'd like to buy a money order for $1000 American" would probably be understood.

I have heard not in use but I have never heard the other one. If something is not in use that means it is not being used. However, without additional explanation it is impossible to know why something is not in use. On the other hand, out of order means the thing is broken.

:)
