Question 1) Is it common to end a call with "bye bye"?

For example:
Caller: Have a great day.
Me: Bye bye.

Question 2) How to reply a caller when he says have a great day?
Do you say "You too"?
Do you say "Have a great day"?
What do you say?

Question 3) How do you normally end a call?

I would do this:
Caller: Have a great day.
Me: You too. Bye.

 It's common to explain the need for a call to end:

'I think that's everything. Is that the time? Got to go and fetch the kids. Bye.'

"Bye bye" is uncommon in BrE, except when it is used by children [or lovestruck adults].

It's said more like "buh-bye" "Okay, talk to you soon. Take care now, buh-bye."

 And this is reflected in the childish synonym for going to sleep: 'Time for bye-byes' ;-)
