Now I start to study English because it become it important language now and I realize that I have some some problem in speaking and good enough in other English skill(W-R-L)

Find a school, a teacher, a book, or a CD and get started. Practice as much as possible. Listen to English music, TV news, read newspapers and magazines. Go on the internet to ESL sites. Keep a list of words and their meanings. Good Luck!
