How is it easy way to learn English?

I think that English language is easy to learn by practising the word that you know and if you used to listen to some English programmes , you would improve your language step by step .Here you will listen to new words which you do not know , so you will check your dictionary to know its meaning an addition by this way you will increase the amount of words that you know .
