I agree with the points listed by studentproofreader.
It also depends on what aspect(s) of English you wish to
learn. I mean, you will learn spoken English pretty
quickly since you are already living in an English-speaking environment.
But learning English to pass some test (ESL/TOEFL) will
require work and time.

'other mediums' - may mean Mohsin is also a 'medium' (one through whom spirits communicate), which he well might be. ;-)
As far as I understand, 'medium
s' is used only for people
communicating with spirits, and 'media' is used for TV,
newspapers, magazines, as also for CD, tape, etc.
No offense meant.
