I attached a file.I have a question about this sentence "How much longer before you leave for Hong Kong?". what does it mean? Can't we say "How long will be before you leave for Hong Kong?".

That is conversational English which is not necessarily grammatical.
I think the questions are not complete because the subject is missing.
