I need to send an email with a file that contains answers to an assignment.

Should I say

"The attached file is the answering document"

Or

"The attached file is the answer's document"

Or

"The attached file is the answer document"

Or you would suggest to use somthing else?

I don't think the OP is submitting an assignment. I think they are sending a file that contains the correct answers to an unspecified assignment (like the answer key).

What do you mean by answer key? She didn't say it was a test. We'll let the OP clarify what she means by answers to any assignment/answering document/answer document.

An answer key is a key to the answers (to a test or exercise). It's usually a copy of the test or exercise with the instructor's idea of the best possible answers written in.
