How to built up my vocabulary?

Hi! Can I ask you another question? Sometimes I found that the reason causing my bad listening and expressing was poor vocabulary. How can I built up my vocabulary?

Vocabulry is not an easy matter to deal with- some people learn a certain number of words every day, but this takes discipline and it is often difficult to decide in advance which words are going to be useful. It is a good idea to maximise what you already know- look at how we can change words with prefixes and suffixes so taht they become as flexible and useful as possible.
