How to pronounce these words naturally

Hi all, could you please help me on this pronunciation problem? I do not know if we can just skip one of the them.
I find that kinda hard to pronounce both sound if we are talking or reading, here's the sentences:
--Did you catch that? ( I pronounce cat "ch" and the "th" of "that" sounds a little unnatural.
--Which reminds me of her sisters (Whi"ch" "r"eminds me... )
Can we just skip one of them? Say I do not pronounce the "ch" of which, I just make my mouth looks like it does?

You can't leave out the "ch" or "th" sounds.
