Hello Everyone,
In China, if someone drives through the traffic light, he will then be stopped by the police to pay the fine if detected. If he disagrees with the convicted and refuses to make the payment, his vehicles will then be prevented from drivng away until payment has been effected. In Chinese such action by the police is called "zhe bei Kouzh le". I would like to know how to say " kouzhu" in English?
Regards
