You want to know what you should send in a message yesterday?! Are you sure you don't mean tomorrow? Or is your punctuation a little off? I think you may have meant the following:
"3 days ago I met a girl while travelling. Yesterday, we both returned to our respective countries. What can I say to her in a message? Can you help me with this?"
So - now we've helped you with your English. As the previous poster said, what do you actually want to say to this girl? :-D
