[General] How to speak Fluent in english

hello, my mother tongue is telugu, iam able to frame sentences but still it is taking time to frame,if some one asks to translate telugu sentence in english suddenly i didnt get how to express it in english,several sentences comes in mind i confuse which one is correct so doubtfully i convey them,iam working in company there all used to speak in telugu, One guy dont know english he speaks fluent english if i try to speak i feel hesitant that what i speak is correct or not, so provide me some tips to overcome the problem.

When confidence is a problem, focus on getting your message across- instead of worrying about possibilities and alternatives, think whether something will convey your message.
