How to speak my words?

dear teacher.unfortunately I have no chance to speak my words.no english class,no one to talk to (in english) and no chance of chatting online.what do you think I can do to manipulate my words with no chance to speak them?Ive asked his question several times but unfotunately no body answered thoroughly.please give me a compelete and practical answer immediately.

Have you tried talking to yourself? It may seem strange, but if you really have no other opportunities, then try it.
